Family Ministry

From the Old Testament passages like Deuteronomy 6 to New Testament passages found in Ephesians 6 and Colossians 3, it is clear that the center of spiritual growth is in the home.  God calls us to worship and serve together, to encourage and train each other and to represent Christ as a congregation, but it should all begin and grow out of homes that are worshiping, serving, encouraging, and training.  Our goal as a staff is to help and equip adults to lead their families to grow spiritually through our discipleship GROW strategy.

We do that by coming alongside parents at key milestones in the life of children to help parents guide them in their spiritual development.  We also plan many of our trips and major events to be family friendly and family oriented.  We also provide family devotions and worship recommendations for our families.
