Worship Services

All of our worship services involve music, prayer and proclamation of God's word to engage people in worship and prepare them to respond to God in obedience.

The Sunday morning worship service is the cornerstone of our worship ministry and is led by our choir and worship band.  The music for this service includes a balanced mix of traditional  and newer hymns that engage our people in worship and prepare them for a timely message from God's word.

Our children really enjoy engaging and participating in the morning worship service with their families, and we let them!  However, they often have a hard time staying focused during the sermon, so we have a focused time of teaching just for them.  Children's worship is for preschool through the third grade.  At a specified time during the morning service, our children's worship leaders lead the children to The Connection - our newly created children's worship room located on the upper floor of the education building, just past the church offices.

Our pastor describes the Sunday evening worship service as his favorite service of the week.  This service has a more casual feel and is an intimate time of worship.

After a long day at school, our students need some focused time of worship.  This service is led by our youth worship team and features contemporary music and solid biblical teaching from Scott Lowrey, our student minister, to equip them to become fully-devoted followers of Jesus.  This service takes place in The Crossing located within our Family Life Center.
